About us
We understand the complexities of global immigration firsthand. We've navigated it ourselves building Crimson Education across 30+ countries, and now we help ambitious founders, operators, and professionals do the same.

Our impact, in numbers.
A decade of helping exceptional people land where their work belongs.
Our journey
Concord exists to fix immigration for high-growth companies. The founders moving talent across borders and the people teams scaling into new markets all run into the same wall: slow timelines, legacy workflows from the 1990s, and big firms that apply a conveyor-belt approach and charge by the hour. Concord was built to do it differently.
Our team has lived the problem from every angle, and that shapes how we work. Co-founder Jamie Beaton built Crimson Education across 30+ countries, helping thousands of students earn places at Harvard, Stanford, and Oxford, then watched them hit the same wall the moment they tried to put those credentials to work overseas. Co-founder and CEO Kevin Park spent years launching Crimson's go-to-market teams into new countries, juggling visas for the people on the ground and watching bureaucracy slow momentum when the right people should be in the right place. Christine, our Head of People & Growth Operations, scaled Tracksuit's people function from 12 to 200 and knows the pain of slow timelines, the Excel spreadsheet tracking every visa employee and every compliance requirement, and the 100-email chain with five different attorneys. Our attorneys joined Concord from traditional firms with a drive to rebuild the broken processes they lived through. And many of us are immigrants ourselves, so the stakes for our clients are never abstract.
Today, Concord is an AI-powered law firm that moves at your pace, with in-house immigration attorneys leading every case. We operate across five countries: the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, with more launching in 2026 as we scale our network globally. We've supported 3,250+ successful visas for founders, high-growth people teams, and exceptional talent from 170+ nationalities. This is immigration built for the way high-growth companies actually work: fast, transparent, and designed to keep momentum, not break it.

Words from our team

"We started Concord because we've watched too many founders, and startup operators get stuck on the wrong side of a border. Every day we work with people who are extraordinary in their field but who've been worn down by slow timelines, vague advice, or firms that treat them as a file number.
Our approach is different. We're AI-native, and we've built our own platform to make the entire visa journey faster, clearer, and less stressful, paired with in-house US immigration attorneys who build the strongest possible case and tell you the truth about your options. If you're building something worth crossing borders for, you deserve a team that's dedicated, capable, and creative enough to get you there."
