Our story

Concord exists to fix immigration for high-growth companies. Our co-founders lived the problem first: Jamie Beaton built Crimson Education across 30+ countries, and Kevin Park spent years launching Crimson's go-to-market teams into new markets, juggling visas for the people on the ground. Christine, our Head of People & Growth Operations, scaled Tracksuit's people function from 12 to 200. And many of us are immigrants ourselves, so the stakes for our clients are never abstract. Today we pair our own technology with immigration professionals licensed or registered in every market we serve: the US, UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. We've supported 3,250+ successful visas for founders, people teams and exceptional talent from 170+ nationalities.
"We started Concord because we've watched too many founders, and startup operators get stuck on the wrong side of a border. Every day we work with people who are extraordinary in their field but who've been worn down by slow timelines, vague advice, or firms that treat them as a file number.
Our approach is different. We're AI-native, and we've built our own platform to make the entire visa journey faster, clearer, and less stressful, paired with in-house US immigration attorneys who build the strongest possible case and tell you the truth about your options. If you're building something worth crossing borders for, you deserve a team that's dedicated, capable, and creative enough to get you there."
Meet the team

Jamie is Concord's Co-Founder and the CEO of Crimson Education, the global admissions firm he founded in 2013 and scaled into 30+ countries over more than a decade of building and operating a multi-continent business. He launched Concord to fix the immigration wall that holds back world-class talent.

Kevin is Concord's Co-Founder and CEO, with a decade of building startups alongside founders. He ran early-stage programmes at The ICEHOUSE and Vodafone's xone venture accelerator, then joined Crimson Education as a founding executive of Crimson Global Academy, overseeing the regional and country managers who scaled it across global markets.

A First Class Honours mechatronics engineer from the University of Auckland and a Spark Entrepreneur Programme alum, he previously led digital and tech at Vodafone xone, backing startups with global ambition.
